COVID-19 POLICIES & PROCEDURES

In an effort to help protect my clients and myself, the Government of Ontario, Pro Beauty Suites & I have developed a list of the following requirements. These will need to be in place and practiced upon the reopening of my Salon Studio. There may be additional requirements by the Province or City and if so, I will keep you posted.

SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT:

​

I will be in touch with everyone on my waiting list, starting with those that had appointments cancelled. Once your appointment is booked, I will either text or email you a confirmation. The day before your appointment I will contact you and ask that you fill out a questionnaire.

CANCELLATIONS:

​

My Cancellation & No Show Policy is in full effect, as I have a long list of clients waiting to get an appointment. You can find this on my website under FAQ & Policies.

STUDIO:

​

I will only be allowing 1 client in my studio at a time. I ask that if you are with other people, that they please wait outside of the building, as we are not allowing anyone to wait in the hallways or lobby at this time. If a friend or family member has an appointment following yours, they will have to wait outside of the building or in their car until the time of their appointment. The only exception is if you both live in the same house, then I will allow 2 people in the studio.

Pro Beauty Suites will have hand sanitizer at the front entrance, as well as throughout the hallways. I will also have hand sanitizer in my studio, as well as a place to wash your hands.

​

Although the Government is allowing friends and family to hug, I'm going to ask that we refrain from hugging at this time, as I need to stay healthy for all of you, as well as my family. I miss you all so much, but I'm hoping that things will get back to normal sooner rather than later.

FACE MASKS & GLOVES:

​

Face masks will be mandatory inside Pro Beauty Suites. If you do not have a face mask, I will have disposable ones available. Gloves are optional, but if needed are available as well.

ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT:

​

When you arrive for your appointment I ask that you remain in your car and either text or call me to let me know you are here. I will need time to disinfect my studio before allowing another client in. I will do my best to book enough extra time so that I can be on time for every appointment. Once I am ready, I will text or call you, and meet you at the front entrance. before entering the building, please have your mask on, or let me know that you need one and I will provide one for you.

You will first use the hand sanitizer at the front door, then after entering my studio, you will sanitize your hands again, and may use it throughout your appointment. All magazines and business cards have been removed temporarily. A new cape and towels will be used during your service, then discarded afterwards to be washed after your service is complete. All tools will be washed and disinfected after every service is complete.

FOOD & DRINKS

​

At this time, beverages will not be available. You are welcome to bring your own as long as it is in a closed container. Food will not be allowed in the studio at all.

STUDIO HOURS:

​

In an effort to try and accommodate everyone, I will be working extra days. I work by appointment only and do not take walk ins.

​
