What form of payment do you accept?

I accept Cash, Debit, Visa & Mastercard

Do you charge for consultations?

Yes. A consultation is $30, and will be used towards your future appointment, if booked within 1 week of the consultation.

Does your pricing include HST?

HST is not included in my pricing and is an additional charge.

Why do your prices have "+" beside them?

All prices are a base price. The "+" means that the price can go up depending on the length and thickness of your hair, as well as the technique used to achieve your hair goal.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Please check the service menu regularly for all up to date pricing.

Cancellation & Late Policy

A 48 hour notice is required if you can't make your appointment. This allows me to inform my clients of any new availability, as well as keep my schedule full. To reschedule or cancel any appointment, please call or text 647-262-7758 and leave a voicemail if needed.

If you are going to arrive late, please notify me as soon as possible, as I reserve a specific amount of time for each service. Changes may need to be made to your service, a late fee may need to be added, or you may need to reschedule for a later date.

No Call/No Show Policy

When an appointment is missed without any notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that space. My clients on my standby list also miss the opportunity to receive an appointment. In order to re-book, 50% of the missed appointment will be charged.

Deposits

All Extension, Colour Correction, or Wedding/Special Occasion services will only be held with a 50% non-refundable deposit, which will go towards your service on the day of. Our Cancellation Policy does not apply to these services, due to the amount of time needed to perform said services.
